Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


RETURNS
-------

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, reach out to us at info@serenityandcohome.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
------------------

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@serenityandcohome.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.


EXCEPTIONS — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Bedding that has been opened and used
- Sale items
- Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please reach out before sending anything back and we'll let you know.


EXCHANGES
---------

The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you'd like instead. This keeps things moving as fast as possible on both ends.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
-------------------------------------------

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification. Your item must still be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS
-------

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, please contact us at info@serenityandcohome.com and we'll look into it right away.
